S&P Dow Jones Indices The Role: Operations Data Associate, Data Output The Location: Beijing, China Key Roles & Responsibilities Manage daily maintenance and validation operations for Golden Database Configure and setup indices and files in Golden Database Trigger and manage workflows for data history migration Coordinate with IMPG to resolve mismatches between files and source system Resolve any data issues raised by clients or internal teams Manage index key validation process and tables associated with the workflow Functional and Business Knowledge Applies general knowledge and experience of operational workflow and applies to related areas of Golden Database Problem Solving Identifies and solves complex problems in operational processes and analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures Identify and develop automation tools and workflows Interactions Develop working relationship with IMPG operations team, launch team, client services and marketing teams to coordinate launches for the web and client portals Works with IT to understand and resolve issues and improve processes as necessary Provide support to the team for daily operational tasks Flexible Working We pride ourselves on our agility and diversity, and we welcome requests to work flexibly.
