GENERAL DESCRIPTION IT intern or summer job for a duration of 9 months to help on a dedicated project related to Boudry Digital Plant enhancement program DUTIES . Scan and organize Paper records out of IT departments. . Create new Sharepoint site to maintain storage of digitized documents . Create and maintain index on the site . Create documentation to support maintenance of the Sharepoint site QUALIFICATIONS Information Technology specialist with hands-on capabilities on printing, scanning paper documents. Candidate should also be proficient on MS-Office 365 (Excel, Word, Powerpnt) and on Microsoft Sharepoint. SOFT SKILLS REQUIREMENTS French speaking.
