<p>With members, volunteers and a network of partners and charities across the country, in every city and on every street, this charity helps give support wherever and whenever it is needed.</p>

<p>As Learning Programme Manager, you would be responsible for the day-to-day oversight, implementation and foresight of the Teaching Remembrance Programme that teaches remembrance to young people aged 4-18 years old.</p>

<p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee and manage the Teaching Remembrance Programme, including developing innovative strategies to encourage the efficient and effective teaching of remembrance to young people aged between 4-18 years old.</li>
<li>Manage key stakeholder relationships and promote the programme through a communications strategy.</li>
<li>Be responsible for administration, budgeting and resource allocation, including line managing the Learning Programme Officer.</li>
<li>Lead collaboration activities with the National Memorial Arboretum (NMA) for the Teaching Remembrance Day.</li>
</ul>

<p>The successful candidate will have experience of managing education/learning programmes alongside experience of delivering online learning. You will bring an understanding of educational policy, safeguarding and how to engage audiences, specifically young people. You will have experience of budgeting, reporting and evaluating programme performance. You will be a strong communicator, possess good people management skills and experience of engaging multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a good trouble-shooter, who is able to see the bigger picture and have experience of working in an education related environment.</p>
