OSI Electronics is seeking a Conformal Coating Masking Operator to join their team. The Conformal Coating Masking Operator is responsible for all aspects of masking and de-masking of conformal coated Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assemblies. Responsibilities Visually inspect and clean PCB assemblies. Masking and de-masking all specified areas to be protected from conformal coating. Conformal Coat PCBA’s. Inspect and touch-up conformal coated product. Support other areas as assigned by Production Supervisor. Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork. Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct. Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Years of experience may be substituted in lieu of education. 1 + years of experience with conformal coating of PCB assemblies or similar coating process required. Experience working in an ESD environment desired. IPC-610 Certification strongly desired. Experience with Acrylic and Urethane conformal coating material a plus. Ability to read, write and follow process work instructions in the business language. Strong attention to detail. Capable of distinguishing colors. Able to view small details.
