Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safely and effectively create value for our customers and shareholders.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>You will work closely with Service Delivery Coordinators and Service Delivery Managers to plan crew assignments for Coiled Tubing Operations within land and offshore scope<br>You will be responsible to assigned personnel in-line with competencies and client requirements with a view of the entire fleet of Coiled Tubing Units in the Kingdom.<br><br>As a Personnel Planner you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li> Planning and assigning crew personnel for land and offshore operations </li><li> Maintaining training and certifications tracking and planning for all personnel </li><li> Ensuring adherence to competencies/HSE for all personnel including client requirements for specific client areas of operations </li><li> Maintaining assignment of specific personnel for each coiled tubing package </li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li> Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (preferred) </li><li> Have 2+ years of experience in Oil Field Services </li><li> Demonstrate good experience in crew planning </li><li> Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others </li><li> Have lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact with ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. </li><li> Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems. </li><li> Ability to lead programs / projects and must be energetic </li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
