<b> Senior Contracts Manager - Services & Offshore </b><br><br><b> Aberdeen </b><br><br><b> Are you an experienced contracts specialist with a flair for collaborating with customers to create innovative contractual solutions? </b><br><br><b> Would you like to play a key role in winning new work and protecting project profitability? </b><br><br><b> Join our Commercial Operations Team </b><br><br>The Senior Contracts Manager supports the business with legal, contractual, and operational expertise and is responsible for negotiating major contracts, developing solutions for customers and internal governance to help the organization achieve its objectives.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will identify and provide practical solutions to mitigate contractual risk, develop winning strategies and negotiate contractual terms and conditions.<br><br>The Senior Contracts Manager will be responsible for:<br><br><ul><li>Creating, developing and negotiating detailed customer contracts, including long term global frame agreements, and leading cross-functional teams in the contract design and negotiation <br></li></ul><ul><li>Supporting the bid teams in proposal development, risk management, scope definition, contractual initiatives, customer communications, and customer negotiations. <br></li></ul><ul><li>Developing and providing support for contract negotiations from Early Engagement through FEED and Execution into Aftermarket Services. <br></li></ul><ul><li>Guiding and mentoring the business in the preparation of proposals under existing agreements and contributing to define the overall deal strategy. <br></li></ul><ul><li>Generating creative solutions to meet energy transition objectives within the commercial proposals arena <br></li></ul><ul><li>Supporting the business in its continued development of alliance and consortium partnerships. <br></li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Demonstrate relevant working experience in a contract negotiation role <br></li></ul><ul><li>Have knowledge of major project contracts from values ranging from $10M to $1Bn, terms and conditions and negotiation techniques. <br></li><li>Have proven experience in providing commercial support in an international business environment, supplying to complex industries and organisations. <br></li></ul><ul><li>Be fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent oral and written communication skills <br></li></ul><ul><li>Be able to present complicated issues in an understandable way. <br></li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrate the ability to communicate complex issues and contracts across all levels of the organisation <br></li></ul><ul><li>Show exceptional analytical/critical thinking skills and a well-developed commercial acumen. <br></li></ul><ul><li>Have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work to tight schedules and deadlines. <br></li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
