Hook Up Manager

<p>We are looking Hook-up Managers for several offshore projects worldwide. You&
39;ll be responsible for the coordination of the hook-up activities on projects during the project lifespan, planning then implementing the work to ensure the job is carried out to a high standard, both in an engineering respect and HSE.</p>

<p>The job will include working on;</p>

<ul>
<li>Hook up procedures, sequences, estimates and planning</li>
<li>The mobilisation/demobilisation plans for the project - including personnel, materials, equipment and consumables.</li>
<li>Possible liaising with Procurement to ensure the right equipment at the right time</li>
<li>Site visits and execution of the projects, including follow ups.</li>
</ul>

<p>Your expertise will be required when reviewing and implementing plans and procedures. This will include working with the engineering, operations, HSE and HR departments to ensure there are adequate resources to get the job done properly and safely.</p>

<p>You&
39;ll be liaising with internal stakeholders as well as suppliers, subcontractors and other operationally important companies and individuals.</p>

<p>To be successful in this role, you&
39;ll need to be highly organised with exceptional technical knowledge in hook up equipment, materials and consumables. You&
39;ll be experienced with lifting, installs and topside work including retrofits and revamps. Of course, an overarching understanding of the HSE regulations required for successful hook up campaigns is required.</p>

<p>We are looking for someone with a degree in a relevant discipline, around 5 years in a senior leadership role and 15 years plus experience offshore.</p>
