Project Lead

<b>Purpose of the job:</b><br><br>  To lead project engineering activities on the assets to ensure delivery of the site's ongoing CAPEX programme and to support major site development projects.<br><br><b>Accountabilities of the job:</b><br><br>The job holder will take an overall lead on all site sustenance CAPEX projects <?1 million. Reporting progress against budget and timescale to the site leadership team on a monthly basis.<br><ul><li>Development of user specifications.</li><li>Development and selection of design options</li><li>Development of cost estimates and schedules</li><li>Selection of contractors for Feasibility, FEED and delivery phases where appropriate.</li><li>Procurement of equipment</li><li>Detailed Engineering design where appropriate</li><li>Constructability reviews (Lead where appropriate)</li><li>Development of construction work packs and interface with permit signatories</li><li>Compilation of Management of change paperwork</li><li>The job holder will, as part of a project team, support major site developments working within the constraints of Site and Ineos wide procedures.
