Overview - Support lab prototyping for Japan product innovation; - Support lab prototyping, UHT operation and product development work for plant base innovation project for China; Responsibilities – Assistant PD on product development work, and prototype preparation; – Support trial run in pilot plant and scale up trial in plant; – Proactively learn technical knowledge information and improve the technical capability; Qualifications • Bachelor degree in Food Science or Food Engineering is preferred; • Good communication skill include writing and speaking in Chinese, with English skills on reading and writing; • Good skills to operation UHT facility, other lab equipment to prepare samples, prototyping; • Be proactive, be clear communicate with PD teams on the findings, and requirements; Differentiating Competencies Required： • Experiences to work on the dairy, plant-base product; • Strong mindset on safety to operate the UHT equipment;
