End Users National Accounts Manager

We Provide: Total Energy Solutions Electrical products and Integrated systems Field Instrument, Integrated Control and Safety System Engineering, procurement and construction services Service We are active across the entire oil and gas value chain, serving the following markets: Oil and Gas exploration and production Oil and Gas transportation and distribution Refining Petrochemicals Offshore FPSO, FLNG and pipeline Responsible for managing the sale of the organization's products or solutions, services on the shipbuilders. The Primary KPI for this role is to meet or exceed AOP Sales targets and other financial KPIs Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the sales relationship with each client/prospect at every level within the client organization. Drives new business through the identification, development, negotiation, and closure of new offerings across the Schneider Electric portfolio, growing market share. Expands current wallet share with existing clients and participates in the subsequent maintenance of client relationships. Ensure Sales Forecasting is accurate to ensure appropriate resources are available downstream as required to support the business opportunities. Ensure the annual sales targets with the agreed margins are achieved for the Overseas EPC business segment. Develop Account Management Plan and execute the plans. Develop the business pipeline through the identification of current client and new client opportunities. Qualifications Minimum 5 years in the process control industry with at least 2 year’s proven experience in a sales, or 7 years working experience in EPC Companies or Oil & Gas or engineering Good knowledge of business requirements. Good Sales skill and forecast plaining and bridging gap. Control & Safety systems, their design and implementation. Good Oil & Gas (w/HPI) industry knowledge. Team & task oriented but capable of logical and original thought with the ability to react coolly under stress. Technical competence and familiarity with computers and software. Experienced and capable individual who is self-motivated, articulate, and decisive with strong management/leadership/business skills.
