Responsibilities Job Summary The ICP Technical Writer II will generate, format, and maintain clear, error-free and accurate standard documentation. In addition, produce high-quality, easily understood technical documents, meeting minutes and presentations. Also document policies, procedures, and other documentation according to all internal SOP's and guidelines. Visualize and create technical solutions, architecture, and infrastructure utilizing industry standard tools including but not limited to Visio or Gliffy (Atlassian). Must be familiar with blueprints and roadmaps. Technical Writer II will also be responsible for participating in product meetings and compile documentation on the product strategy, development, and roadmaps. Plan, Develop, organize, write, edit, and maintain documents related to the applications, infrastructure assets, procedures, and policies. In addition, manage and maintain roadmaps and blueprints for applications/systems/infrastructure across multiple projects. This includes Word, PowerPoint, Excel sheets and Visio. Review Confluence page documentation and organize, augment, and manage for better readability and clarity. Participate in product meetings and document the product roadmap and strategy. Participate and document meeting notes and publish it across the groups as necessary. Identify documentation deficiencies across the IT department and work with key leaders to bring awareness and resolution Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Education Associate's Degree or 2 years' work related experience Degree related to Technical Writing Required Experience 3 years experience related to Technical Writing Required 3 years high-level proficiency in MS Office Required
