Job Description Bilingual Trainer (Learning & Development Specialist) $15/HOUR Great Benefits Summary: As a member of the Learning and Development (L&D) team, you are expected to operate in multiple roles while maintaining the organization of your duties. You may be facilitating a new hire class, developing training content for the enterprise, or revamping a current process and procedure. At times, business needs may change your assignment for the month, week, or even day. We will rely on you to actively complete team tasks efficiently by utilizing your customer service experience, passion, and creativity to meet business needs and deliver a world-class experience. What you will be doing: Design, develop, innovate, and facilitate the following to Customer Service & Fraud Representatives: Interactive, technical and product training (both new and existing) New hire, up-training, and refresher training programs Maintain course content with respect to updates, required edits, process updates, etc. Report accurate training counts for all training activity Create and manage a Graduation Workbook for all new hire classes Conduct Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for coaching/developing/correction Attend calibration sessions with L&D team to evaluate program quality and overall service delivery Promptly read/learn/respond and implement L&D email content with special attention to L&D Memo titled emails Partner with the client/management to maintain high quality of service and current product/procedural information Review and properly utilize L&D’s training delivery templates and tools Administer training via the Learning Management System (Proponisi) Training room presentation and upkeep (Including equipment) Facilitate any additional trainings as assigned/needed Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company and client programs, policies, and technology. Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner. Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals. Provide support to other positions/operations in cases during heavy workloads or absences.
