As the Service Delivery Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution and on time delivery for the assigned projects. This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries.<br />
<br />
As a Service Delivery Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment.</li>
<li>Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars and ensuring the assigned contracts and quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon</li>
<li>Scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements</li>
<li>Acting as primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out, and as such, will manage the relationship to ensure business success for Baker Hughes</li>
<li>Familiarizing yourself with the assigned client&
39;s process for MOC or escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the client&
39;s objectives</li>
<li>Escalating issues that can impact service delivery and ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash</li>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<li>Have a STEM tertiary qualification from an accredited institution with relevant experience in an Engineering or Technology position</li>
<li>Have excellent oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.</li>
<li>Have experience leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact, and ability to influence others and lead small teams.</li>
<li>Able to co-ordinate several projects simultaneously</li>
<li>Demonstrate problem identification and solution skills.</li>
</ul>
