Client Resort Customer Relations Specialist

<b>Job Requirements &amp; Qualifications: </b></p>

<ul>
<li>Under general supervision, participates in the preparation and delivery of guest services including meals, activities, facilities, transportation, and general support requirements for executive level clientele.</li>
<li>Performs a wide variety of tasks inclusive of
<ul>
<li>facility, grounds, and boat cleaning and maintenance;</li>
<li>activity coordinating and execution;</li>
<li>and host services for corporate, product line,</li>
<li>and client executives and spouses.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Directly responsible for creating the environment contributing to successful guest entertainment and client relations goals.</li>
<li>Provides chauffeur services for guests as required. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.</li>
<li>Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.</li>
<li>Skills are typically acquired through completion of high school or similar education and industry specific training and experience in high-end resort operations and guest services tailored to executive clientele .</li>
<li>Possession of a chauffeur license is required. Must be willing to work in a highly integrated and demanding environment requiring extended work hours, extensive coordination, flexibility, and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Must be willing and able to perform a wide variety of tasks inclusive of
<ul>
<li>facility, grounds, and boat cleaning and maintenance;</li>
<li>activity coordinating and execution;</li>
<li>and host services for corporate, product line, and client executives and spouses.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.</li>
<li>Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.</li>
<li>Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes.</li>
</ul>
