Activities 
HSE: 
• Adopt & demonstrate exemplary behavior with regard to HSEQ rules & requirements as well Company Ethics & "Code of 
Conduct" policy. 
• Ensure both TotalEnergies EP Referential and CLIENTS local procedures related to HSE are applied within 
his/her area of responsibility. 
Activity Preparation: 
• Verify availability and readiness of "tank condition summary file" summarizing and identifying location of the tank defects 
identified during previous inspection, 
• Prepare initial "work planification sheet" based on the element of the "tank condition summary file", 
• Prepare an evaluation of the personal and timeframe required to execute the work based on the output of the "work 
planification sheet", 
• Coordinate all activities required to prepare tank opening: 
o Coordination of tank opening and MAD with MOS, 
o Permit preparation, 
o Material preparation (anodes, steel plates, prefabricated elements, pipes, valves, tank features spares parts ...), 
o Equipment preparation (Ventilation, Lightening, power-supply, lifting, evacuation, gas monitoring, scaffolding, blasting, 
welding, ...), 
• Coordinate "joint inspection" preparation & execution, 
o Verification of all personnel involved availability, 
o Attend the tank "joint inspection" in order to: 
? Update the "tank condition summary file" with actual tank status, 
? Update the "work planification sheet" based on actual tank status and on various stakeholder inputs, 
• Update the required number of personal and the work execution planning based on the output of the "work planification sheet", 
Activity Planification: 
• Assist FUILE and MOS to prepare the tanks inspection and repairs schedule, 
Activity Organization/Execution: 
• Day to day follow-up and progress recording/reporting, 
o Monitor progress of the activities, 
o Adjust work execution plan depending on the progress, 
o Anticipate any request for material or personal adjustment to execute work plan. 
• Coordinate work execution inside the tank, 
o Anticipate activity of the coming days and potential clash between different teams during work execution, 
o Readjust work execution plan to optimize progress and proper use of material and personal available, 
• Manage coactivity within the tanks (e.g., painting during day, welding during night, ...), 
o Identification of topics to be arbitrated, 
o Report, in coordination with site inspector any specific finding during the work requiring the support of shore (DB-17 INS 
& SMA/OFS) for arbitration (loss of thickness, crack, ...). 
Communication/Interface: 
• Coordinate with engineering support teams in order to: 
o Provide regular report on work progress to DB17-INS, 
o Transfer information required for arbitration on defect to SMA/OFS in coordination with site inspector and FUILE, 
• Coordinate with logistics support teams in order to: 
o Anticipate and relay rapidly any specific demand of material or equipment required to execute the scope, 
o Anticipate and relay rapidly any specific demand on personal adjustment required to execute the work, 
• Act as focal point for the reporting and technical discussions related to tank repair and inspection activities, 
Context and environment 
• Position on site (offshore) on rotational basis. 
• Challenging environment with FPSO hull structure ageing and necessity to optimize inspection and repair activities. 
• Multi-cultural setting with mandatory human resources nationalization. 
Accountabilities 
• In charge of tank repair and inspection activities coordination. 
• Ensure that inspection and work execution planning monitoring and follow-up. 
• Ensure in coordination with site inspector and FUILE that "tank condition summary files" are up to date and available. 
Qualifications/Experience required 
Education: 
• BSc in Naval Architecture or Maritime Education degree (Chief Officer - Chief Engineer) or equivalent 
• Good spoken and written knowledge of English language 
• Good knowledge of CLIENTS technical referential 
• Experience / knowledge of ship repair 
Experience (years) : 
• 5 years professional experience in the maintenance/inspection/repair discipline, in field operation on offshore Oil & Gas faciliti 
es 
• 5 to 10 years experience in operating/inspecting/repairing of Floating Units (Ships/Marine)
