<p>Activities<br />
HSE:<br />
• Adopt & demonstrate exemplary behavior with regard to HSEQ rules & requirements as well Company Ethics & "Code of<br />
Conduct" policy.<br />
• Ensure both TotalEnergies EP Referential and CLIENTS local procedures related to HSE are applied within<br />
his/her area of responsibility.<br />
Activity Preparation:<br />
• Verify availability and readiness of "tank condition summary file" summarizing and identifying location of the tank defects<br />
identified during previous inspection,<br />
• Prepare initial "work planification sheet" based on the element of the "tank condition summary file",<br />
• Prepare an evaluation of the personal and timeframe required to execute the work based on the output of the "work<br />
planification sheet",<br />
• Coordinate all activities required to prepare tank opening:<br />
o Coordination of tank opening and MAD with MOS,<br />
o Permit preparation,<br />
o Material preparation (anodes, steel plates, prefabricated elements, pipes, valves, tank features spares parts ...),<br />
o Equipment preparation (Ventilation, Lightening, power-supply, lifting, evacuation, gas monitoring, scaffolding, blasting,<br />
welding, ...),<br />
• Coordinate "joint inspection" preparation & execution,<br />
o Verification of all personnel involved availability,<br />
o Attend the tank "joint inspection" in order to:<br />
? Update the "tank condition summary file" with actual tank status,<br />
? Update the "work planification sheet" based on actual tank status and on various stakeholder inputs,<br />
• Update the required number of personal and the work execution planning based on the output of the "work planification sheet",<br />
Activity Planification:<br />
• Assist FUILE and MOS to prepare the tanks inspection and repairs schedule,<br />
Activity Organization/Execution:<br />
• Day to day follow-up and progress recording/reporting,<br />
o Monitor progress of the activities,<br />
o Adjust work execution plan depending on the progress,<br />
o Anticipate any request for material or personal adjustment to execute work plan.<br />
• Coordinate work execution inside the tank,<br />
o Anticipate activity of the coming days and potential clash between different teams during work execution,<br />
o Readjust work execution plan to optimize progress and proper use of material and personal available,<br />
• Manage coactivity within the tanks (e.g., painting during day, welding during night, ...),<br />
o Identification of topics to be arbitrated,<br />
o Report, in coordination with site inspector any specific finding during the work requiring the support of shore (DB-17 INS<br />
& SMA/OFS) for arbitration (loss of thickness, crack, ...).<br />
Communication/Interface:<br />
• Coordinate with engineering support teams in order to:<br />
o Provide regular report on work progress to DB17-INS,<br />
o Transfer information required for arbitration on defect to SMA/OFS in coordination with site inspector and FUILE,<br />
• Coordinate with logistics support teams in order to:<br />
o Anticipate and relay rapidly any specific demand of material or equipment required to execute the scope,<br />
o Anticipate and relay rapidly any specific demand on personal adjustment required to execute the work,<br />
• Act as focal point for the reporting and technical discussions related to tank repair and inspection activities,<br />
Context and environment<br />
• Position on site (offshore) on rotational basis.<br />
• Challenging environment with FPSO hull structure ageing and necessity to optimize inspection and repair activities.<br />
• Multi-cultural setting with mandatory human resources nationalization.<br />
Accountabilities<br />
• In charge of tank repair and inspection activities coordination.<br />
• Ensure that inspection and work execution planning monitoring and follow-up.<br />
• Ensure in coordination with site inspector and FUILE that "tank condition summary files" are up to date and available.<br />
Qualifications/Experience required<br />
Education:<br />
• BSc in Naval Architecture or Maritime Education degree (Chief Officer - Chief Engineer) or equivalent<br />
• Good spoken and written knowledge of English language<br />
• Good knowledge of CLIENTS technical referential<br />
• Experience / knowledge of ship repair<br />
Experience (years) :<br />
• 5 years professional experience in the maintenance/inspection/repair discipline, in field operation on offshore Oil & Gas faciliti<br />

• 5 to 10 years experience in operating/inspecting/repairing of Floating Units (Ships/Marine)</p>
