As a Data Project Delivery Manager for OFS Digital, you will be responsible for directing the on-time delivery of technical software projects that contribute to high-quality data outcomes. Software development is based on Agile methodologies, and you will work with your own scrum team and in coordination with other scrum teams. You will partner with functional &amp; technical product owners to ensure the features backlog-funnel is prioritized and that implementation requirements are created. Your will ensure the project complies with all internal cloud architecture and cyber security processes, and that key stakeholders are updated weekly on project status.<br />

As a Data Project Delivery Manager, you will</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Ensuring the end-to-end delivery of projects, using tools such as Azure DevOps to manage project activities.</li>
<li>Directing your scrum team&
39;s development of technical solutions, with support from a scrum master and a technical product owner.</li>
<li>Coordinating DevOps activities that maintain developed and purchased solutions at the appropriate release level</li>
<li>Working with Baker Hughes&
39; Enterprise architects and negotiate as needed to ensure all appropriate process checkpoints are completed on time.</li>
<li>Working with Baker Hughes&
39; Cyber Security risk assessors and negotiate as needed to ensure all appropriate process checkpoints are completed on time.</li>
<li>Partnering with product owner, technical product owner and engagement specialists to ensure backlogged business needs are funneled to your team according to feature priority, and further broken down into implementable requirements as appropriate coordinate technical integration review meetings between yourself, product architects and other key technical resources to ensure common alignment and understanding of status and dependencies between teams, and that clear communications exist between all parties contributing to the business outcome communicate solutions across your team and cross-functional partner teams.</li>
<li>Performing regular tracking and reporting on progress to stakeholders, including presenting technical roadmaps, risks/roadblocks, and recommendations.</li>
<li>Mentoring your scrum team, growing their technical capabilities and building a strong &quot;say-do&quot; reputation</li>

<li>Have a bachelor&
39;s degree (BSc, BEng, BA) or above in any discipline from an accredited university or college.</li>
<li>Have at least 5 years relevant work experience of which 3 as a Project/Program Manager, and/or be a graduate of a business leadership program such as ASPIRE.</li>
<li>Have project experience in data engineering area (e.g. DWH/ETL/ BI/ Big Data/ AWS or other cloud environment / analytical solutions.)</li>
<li>Be proficient documenting, planning, and executing projects.</li>
<li>Have a certification in Project Management or another relevant specialist qualification.</li>
<li>Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.</li>
<li>Be skilled in analyzing and resolving multi-dimensional problems.</li>
<li>Have Oil &amp; Gas domain knowledge (gained through work or study).</li>
</ul>
