<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Landlord Services are looking to recruit a Furnished Tenancies Officer to join its busy Furnished Tenancies  team, whose primary aim is to tackle poverty  and support people to maintain their tenancies. </p>
<p>Candidates should be empathetic, enthusiastic, professional, and be able to deliver accurate records.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will be responsible for processing applications, co-ordinating the delivery and collection service and reinforcing terms and conditions for the duration of each tenancy.  They will also work alongside colleagues within the wider Housing Department and be responsible for reporting tenancy management issues and seeking restitution for losses to the authority.  </p>
<p>Duties will include property visits.<br />
