Commercial Claims Auditor Location: UKI Mission: Responsible for managing and auditing SPA claims, ensuring fairness and compliance with agreements. Build strong professional relationships with distributors and sales community through face to face visits and by taking full end to end ownership of issues through to resolution. Drive process improvement and digitisation, by proactively seeking new and more efficient ways of working, collaborating across teams to leverage best practice sharing and by actively participating in the development and adoption of our digital tools. Establish strong, professional relationships with the commercial teams and business units to ensure full understanding of business strategy and the impact of commercial policy relating to the dispute management activity. Responsibilities: Actively participate in and contribute to all processs improvement activities, to promote digitisation, drive efficiency and enhance the customer experience Create and analise dashboards to visualise customer response times, track workload and identify any emerging trends in the claims. Source the correct support to effectvely manage and address any areas of concern. Develop relationships within Commercial teams, Credit Control and Logistics teams to fully understand the rationale behind business decisions and to ensure the team are kept up to date with commercial policy, new product introduction (impact of MPGs) and procedural changes. High levels of accuracy and professionalism in processing of detailed information for investigation. Present any anomalies identified at audit to customer and engage with appropriate commercial teams to determine next actions. Demonstrate Schneider Core Values at all times Requirements: Previous knowledge of SPA is an advantage. Adept at understanding and presenting data into suitable shared formats. Confident in the use and interrogation of a variety of systems to investigate and validate customer claims. (SAP, bFo etc.) Understanding of commercial policy Digital citizenship Technical competence – basic technical awareness of Schneider core offers an advantage Confident in the promotion of digital technologies to customers Excellent PC skills (Microsoft, Windows, Salesforce); Time management skills, withthe ability to prioritise, multi task and remain calm under pressure Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Ability to work on own initiative, whilst actively contrbuting to the team goals High standard of verbal and written communication skills are essential Ability to establish professional working relationships with customers.
