We are hiring an Advocacy Marketing Specialist as part of the customer marketing team to help launch and maintain our new customer reference program. We are looking for a candidate that can help us maintain and govern the platform (Base) and ensure that the reference program operates seamlessly for both the internal sales team and our customer advocates. You’ll also support our case study execution to ensure we have the content assets that we need to support the program. Responsibilities Maintain the customer reference program Respond to both internal and external customer’s questions and requests for references Ensure a seamless customer experience for participants in the program Maintain the content assets for case studies, quotes and testimonials, add new assets as they become available Maintain the database of contacts and ensure new hand raisers are added in a timely manner Support case study production by managing the schedule and maintaining the Asana project Manage the shared customer advocacy inbox Qualifications Must have an excellent command of English both verbal and written. Effectively manage projects and tasks Basic understanding of marketing concepts, including design, digital and offline channels, content Preferred Familiarity with customer marketing and advocacy programs BA or equivalent experience in Marketing or Business Customer success driven and customer facing experience
