Your Role: Instrumental in the daily activities of our marketing teams. Provides pivotal insights and recommendations on a range of marketing programs, works closely with regional marketing teams, and enables marketing department to make key decisions to maximize ROI. Responsibilities Quickly identify and solve problems in a dynamic environment Develop a strong understanding of Marketing and business requirements Define, design, develop and deploy reports across within our BI tooling (Tableau) Create, update and manage the Marketing suite of reporting across the entire global Marketing organisation Provide trend analysis and actionable recommendations across the Marketing function Leverage advanced Tableau capabilities Deliver relevant insights to key stakeholders Produce ROI and performance reporting on Marketing activity, including but not limited to: Partner Incentive program, MDF, Campaigns, Lead Gen tactics, KPIs, etc. Ability to review SQL view code to identify how data is joined together Work with our BI and Data Engineering teams for creation, maintenance and changes of our data sources in Tableau/Data warehouse Qualifications Basic Qualifications & Experience Passion for analytics and driving to results. Desire to help drive immediate improvement in data hygiene and sophistication of reporting Strong attention to detail and focus on developing and enforcing good processes, including conducting regular assessments of Tableau content and data sources Ability to visualize complex data in a simplified, easy to digest manner Excellent problem solving, design, debugging and testing skills Strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or other analytics-related discipline 3+ years of experience with Tableau dashboard design and delivery Mastery in Microsoft Excel Proficient in Tableau Proficient in SQL Heavy data analyst experience Marketing and/or marketing analysis experience an advantage Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and is capable of prioritising based on business goals.
