Lean, six sigma, etc.) - BEX partner responsible to support SLT (Site Leadership Team) and functional departments through the development of business process standards in line with existing standards. - Ensure all JJPS (Johnson & Johnson Production System) continuous improvement projects are conducted to the highest of standards in a safe, quality-focused, and effective manner. - Develop and cultivate a continuous improvement culture. [Requirements] Essential - A minimum of 10+ years of progressive professional work experience in strategy development, business analysis & planning, performance management, lean manufacturing, and end-to-end supply change management. Desirable - Certified to Black/Green belt level or relevant Lean Qualification - Proven track record to devise strategy, translate into action plans and provide leadership to execute the plans; Makes decisions and recommendations that are clearly linked to the organization's aspirations and financial goals and drives performance improvement. - Strong cross-functional business acumen and demonstrated ability to lead the delivery of cross functional projects. - Analytical, detail-oriented and has strong problem-solving skills. Good follow through and see the projects to completion.
