«out The Role Summary The E-Banking Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of clients and account maintenance, serving as a key contact person for all business account-related client requests. The E-Banking Specialist has a working knowledge of the products and services designed for business customers and performs customer setups on the system, implementation and onboarding, reviews customer agreements for completeness, monitors product usage and system operations and resolves problems within given authority. The compensation minimum for the wage range for this position is $23.70 - $24.00 per hour. All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Works closely with the bank’s business customers in an insightful and responsive manner in order to meet the customers’ needs. Prepare and process all paperwork for client bank transactions, including but not limited to opening new accounts, closing accounts, transfers, deposits, withdrawals, account title changes, address changes, etc.; communicate status of transactions to clients and bank officers Provide ongoing client account maintenance (e.g., all money requests, checks, wires, ACHs, regular periodic transfers, special accounts, ongoing special client instructions, etc.) Collaborate with TM Sales Officers and Sales Associates for proper client onboarding, with duties including client education (e.g., online account access) and proper account set up Installs equipment at client’s place of business and trains customer on use Assists in the coordination and support of ACH customer annual credit reviews Interacts with software vendors to handle system or customer support issues Prepares proposals and account analysis comparisons Completes system set up of Account Analysis accounts Reviews Treasury Management agreements to assure they are complete and correctly signed by authorized signors Scans executed Cash Management agreements into the bank’s document management system Reviews account analysis statements before each month-end for accuracy before they are processed and distributed to customers Reviews and enters service charges on Repo/Sweep Accounts Performs job functions in compliance with all company policies, federal and state rules and regulations as applicable to the position, including, but not limited to BSA/AML, OFAC, and GLBA/privacy rules Assist with special projects as needed About You QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of two years previous personal or commercial banking, including CSR and/or teller experience required Understanding of Treasury Management products including but not limited to Business Online Banking, RDC, ACH, Wires, Positive Pay and Mobile Banking KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY: General working knowledge of installing/downloading PC software and navigating through the internet and ability to problem solve issues as presented Understanding of treasury products and services Strong verbal and written communications skills Must be able to make sound decisions Proficient with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. and ability to learn new systems/applications Competency in or ability to learn core banking systems Ability to gather, compile, interpret, analyze, summarize and evaluate information and data to formulate conclusions and recommended actions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity Ability to communicate with auditors, regulators, customers and personnel at all levels WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work performed in an office environment. Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise. Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation. Specific lifting abilities required by this job include sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation/inspection of machines and/or using measurement devices at distances close to the eyes.
