As an Operational Readiness Coordinator, you will be the contact for client for job preparation, and execution, manage the relationship to ensure business success for Baker Hughes.<br />
<br />
<b>As an Operational Readiness Coordinator, you will be responsible for: </b><br />
<br />
&bull; Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.<br />
<br />
&bull; Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars<br />
<br />
&bull; Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon and Escalating issues that can impact service delivery<br />
<br />
&bull; Coordinating and monitor all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries.<br />
<br />
&bull; Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash<br />
<br />
&bull; Scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements.<br />
<br />

<b>To be successful in this role you will: </b><br />
<br />
&bull; Have a bachelor&
39;s degree.<br />
<br />
&bull; Have at least 5 years of experience technical background in coiled tubing, cementing or stimulation.<br />
<br />
&bull; Have excellent organizational skills<br />
<br />
&bull; Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills<br />
<br />
&bull; Have operational background<br />
<br />
