Lead Materials Planner & Execution Specialist

Our Wireline Services team arrange technical expertise to meet our client expectation. We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.<br><br><b>Play a key role in on time delivery to customers</b><br><br>As a Lead Materials Planner & Execution Specialist you will be responsible for planning and scheduling of the materials required to execute the business. Work with operations and supply chain to translate the demand (forecasts, sales orders, planned orders) to physical orders and ensure they are delivered to meet the customer requirements.<br><br>As a Lead Materials Planner & Execution Specialist, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Working with the region sales and operations to create the regional forecast (12-18 mo) and global forecasts</li><li>Colloaborating with the operations team to convert demand plans into physical orders</li><li>Analyzing incoming demand: identifies order exceptions, misalignment with product rationalization strategy and opportunities to utilize existing inventory</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping cost</li><li>Developing inventory strategies, including safety stock and turns</li><li>Performing various material management analysis such as consumption and forecasts, aged inventory, aged purchase orders, safety stock</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry equivalent experience</li><li>Have experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management</li><li>Have an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel</li><li>Demonstrate an ability to communicate professionally at all levels, lead meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders</li><li>Be a good team player, enjoy collaborating and solving problems with others</li><li>Be excited by and demonstrate an ability to learn new processes and applications</li><li>Have proficient skills in SAP</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
