By combining the power of science with meaningful human insights and digital-first thinking, we help more than 1.2 billion people live healthier lives every day, from their very first day. 1. 포지션: Sr. Q&C Engineer 2. 계열사: 존슨앤드존슨 컨슈머 (Consumer Health) 3. 근무지: 충청북도 청주시 4. 근무 형태: Regular [Responsibilities] - Evaluate and/or design sampling plans and process control plans for lot acceptance and control processes. - Support CAPA investigations and tasks, to determine root cause and corrective actions needed. - Support manufacturing in analyzing manufacturing product lines to determine how or where within the manufacturing or inspection process, the root cause of non-conformances or customer complaints exist. - Execute Statistical Analysis that includes: Capability and FMEA as required. - Prepare clear and concise protocols, study reports, and procedures as necessary. - Study the effectiveness of inspection activities, and design means for measuring accuracy, and coordinate training of manufacturing associates as applicable and documenting of inspection work. - Implement process control systems and provide support for new product launch. - Establish and maintain appropriate documentation as required for Quality Systems activities. - Provide leadership and initiative through continuous improvement projects. - - 제품 승인을 위한 샘플링 계획 및 프로세스 제어 계획을 평가 및/또는 설계 - - CAPA 원인조사 및 예방 활동을 지원하여 근본 원인과 필요한 시정 조치 - - 제조 또는 검사 프로세스 내에서 부적합 또는 고객 불만의 원인 조사 및 분석 - - FMEA를 포함하는 통계 분석 및 프로토콜, 보고서 및 절차서 작성 - - 제조 직원 교육 실행 및 문서화 - - 프로세스 제어 시스템을 구현하고 신제품 출시를 지원 - - 품질 시스템 활동에 필요한 적절한 문서를 설정하고 유지 - - 지속적인 개선 프로젝트를 통해 리더십과 주도권을 제공 - [Requirements] - At least 4-5 years of experience in relative fields including pharmaceutical, cosmetic, etc - 이공계 학사 학위 또는 이에 상응하는 학위 우대. (생명과학, 화학, 화학공학, 생물/미생물학, 산업공학 등) - 효과적인 구두/서문 의사소통을 위한 영어 구사력 - 조사, 변경 관리, 검증, 배치 기록 검토, 분석 데이터 검토 및/또는 감사에 대한 입증된 경험(우대) - 영향력과 협업을 위한 리더십/대인관계 기술 - 강력한 의사결정 / 문제해결 능력 - 여러 프로젝트를 처리하면서 우선 순위를 지정하고 마감일을 준수하는 능력 - 실용적인 프로젝트 관리 소프트웨어 및 스프레드시트 기술, 능숙한 컴퓨터 조작 기술(우대) Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company.
