Position Overview The Junior Demand Planner in Consumer's Health Care (CHC) Supply chain, is responsible among others for the creation and implementation of a monthly rolling forecast, considering demand and supply constraints ensuring appropriate, timely and continuous availability of products in order to achieve business plan objectives. The Demand Planner creates and maintains forecasts starting from the regional statistical forecast. The job holder is accountable for the customer demand forecast which incorporates current and accurate market information that allows the company to correctly predict customer demand and provide its supply chain with the appropriate information to plan how to meet that customer demand Tasks & Responsibilities: The main tasks & responsibilities YOU will have in this role include but are not limited to the following: Supervise and Deliver both Supply Chain and Company's critical metrics Adapt and evaluate the statistical forecast to the local market based on business intelligence, specific historical sales trends, etc. Achieving consensus for operational demand forecasts by facilitating a collaborative planning process with sales, marketing, brand activation and finance colleagues Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs. Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process Own and control NTS forecast for your brands of responsibility Manage and coordinate co-packing activities with Brand Activation teams for the suppliers in scope Accurately project & correct supply shortfalls and surpluses on weekly or monthly basis and collaborate closely with relevant parties to achieve targets Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or similar field while courses in Planning or Forecasting will count as extra assets 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience Previous proven S&OP/ planning working experience Fluency in Greek & English is required Computer literacy Proficiencies and Skills: Ability to establish and maintain open relationships within and outside the Organization Good communication skills in both Greek and English and team oriented Ability to handle multiple task within strict timeframes by organizing and prioritizing requests Strong decision making skills leading to take initiatives Strong analytical skills For more than 130 years, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) have been part of our cultural fabric at Johnson & Johnson and woven into how we do business every day.
