Job Title: Digital Medical Representative Purpose/Objective of the Job The role is a part of Marketing Technology team and executes customer engagement via digital channels, executes digital campaigns, tactics, and programs in order to meet and exceed business strategy and objectives of HEM BU. Duties involve direct communication with customers in support of approved indications based on scientific data. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Partnering with marketing team members in order to plan and execute digital campaigns and tactics Developing critical relationships with key customers (mainly physicians) and directly engaging with them leveraging digital tools and platforms (e.g. M3 platform, emails, virtual explanatory meetings) Communicating with customers to promote the company drugs in accordance with BMS Corporate Policy and local promotion codes Demonstrating in-depth understanding of hematology therapeutic area, products and marketplace including competition, keeping abreast with latest clinical data within target disease areas, which is given out by Medical Marketing/Medical Information team Building strong relations with sales team in order to exchange customer information and ensure appropriate and timely follow up on customer inquires Providing expertise and process improvements suggestions to the marketing team focused on digital capabilities and communication tools Demonstrating a strong work ethic, ability to develop priorities and manage time appropriately, integrates innovative ideas, and works with all members of cross-functional team appropriately in order to accomplish corporate and individual objectives.
