-Bachelor degree in a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification in education is desirable.<br />

<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
-Minimum six years of relevant experience as follows: 1-IT systems development cycle (planning, requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance &amp; support), Handle systems improvements 2- Process &amp; Systems Improvements (QMS/continuous improvement or change management) 3-Handle procedures &amp; policies review &amp; documentation &amp; carry out related projects. 4-Experience with business planning, budgeting, and reporting: Handle budget preparation, internship planning and generate reports. 5-Strong written English language skills. 6- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills with a demonstrated ability to apply these skills to develop practical solutions. 7- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). 8- Experience in project management and risk management is desirable. 9- Familiarity with using database systems such as Access and SAP is desirable.<br />
