Senior Project Engineer

<b>We are looking to hire for the below role for One of the Leading EPC Company based in Qatar</b><br><br> <b>This is a short-term contractual role with them (5-6 months)</b><br><br>  <br><br> <b>Senior Project Engineer</b><br><br><ul><li>Undergraduate degree in an engineering discipline with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience</li><li>Desirable for the candidate to be a Chartered Engineer if not enrolled on the Register of Engineers in the State of Qatar</li><li>Ideal candidates will have further education and certification in the field of Project Management, PMP or APM for example</li><li>Must have good working experience of the Microsoft Office applications in the development of documents, presentations, trackers and schedules etc</li><li>Experience of working in a variety of projects and contract scopes, including greenfield and brownfield, on and offshore, Pre-FEED through to EPC, with a focus on offshore upstream.</li><li>Experienced across multiple project phases such as Concept/Feasibility, Pre-FEED, FEED, Detailed Design, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Star-Up</li><li>Experienced with project design and technical reviews, such as HAZID, P&ID, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, Plot Plan, 3D Model Stage Reviews, SAFOP, QRA, etc</li><li>Experience developing and managing multi-discipline deliverables such as equipment lists and weight control is desirable</li><li>Experienced with the interpretation of complex scopes of work, contracts, schedules and engineering deliverables such as P&IDs and Plot Plans</li><li>Experience of project cost control and planning systems</li><li>Takes responsibility for the coordination and development of key project and multi-discipline deliverables such as the Project Execution Plan, Project Plans / Procedures, Basis of Design, Subcontract Scopes of Work, Design Reviews, Study Reports, Project Trackers / Lists and project plans</li></ul> <br /><br />With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil &amp; Gas, Power &amp; Renewables, Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining, Automotive and Chemicals sectors worldwide.With more than 100 offices in 45 countries, we are able to provide our clients with the engineering and technical expertise they need, wherever and whenever it is needed.
