Software Engineer Lead

As a Software Engineer Lead, you’ll lead a team of engineers to deliver a highly reliable quality product with security and performance. The ideal candidate has an experience in designing and exposing the data insights in multiple ways for consumption. This will include rich user interface (Angular/React), API (Microservices) and Webbooks. You’ll also be comfortable using cloud technologies like Azure services, open source frameworks, and Agile practices. skills/knowledge/experience considered a plus 6+ years of experience in UI and API development to expose the data insights generated from AI/ML data models and pipelines. Experience with modern JavaScript UI ecosystem, including Angular and React. Experience with responsive layouts, CSS grid frameworks and CSS preprocessors. Experience in developing the microservices for APIs, and Integrate UI with JSON APIs and other distributed systems. Experience in enabling the product for operational visibility through proper instrumentation like Dynatrace, App Dynamics and Azure App Insights etc. Experience in driving the software development lifecycle including the modern testing strategy and virtualized data strategy for autonomous component testing. Experience/knowledge in containerization (Kubernetes) and infrastructure as a code (terraform). Experience/knowledge in FinOps - Cloud cost management. Provide leadership and initiative in the overall coordination of designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs highly complex software programs for enhancements and new products. Responsible for highly complex concept design through the full development life cycle. Prepares and conducts systems programming test requiring interfacing and software tests. Coaches others in less senior positions. Minimum Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Four (4) years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
