Electrical Technician

<br><br> My client is looking to recruit for an Electrical Load Bank Technician in the Energy sector to be based in Rotterdam, Netherlands. You will be supporting your Project Engineering Manager with the main objective to maximise equipment availability, through the servicing, repairing, Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), installing, commissioning and de-commissioning of load banks and ancillaries.<br><br> The Electrical Load Bank Technician will be someone who is fluent in Dutch & English and has a full driving license. This role will require someone who can travel throughout the Europe as necessary plus the US when appropriate with some overnight stays required. <br><br>  <br><br> The Electrical Load Bank Technician will be required to have experience in:<br><br><ul><li>Minimum 2-year load bank / associated equipment experience</li><li>Electrically trained/electrical apprenticeship, ideally from industrial background</li><li>Minimum 3 year post apprenticeship electrical experience</li><li>Ability to understand complex electrical diagrams and drawings</li><li>Being confident in the use of IT software/programs as a key business tool</li><li>EU passport</li></ul> <br><br> Responsibilities <br><br><ul><li>Carrying out post rental inspections, ensuring that documentation is correctly completed</li><li>Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (must have valid license or be willing to attend training)</li><li>Conduct maintenance/ inspections on all types of returning equipment</li><li>Service & carry out major repairs on equipment to ensure proper working condition</li><li>Ability to diagnose and trouble shoot complex equipment problems</li></ul> <br><br> If you feel you have the above experience, please feel free to apply<br /><br />To help Leap29 find you that perfect job, we need to store and process your personal information.<br />That means that your details will be entered into Leap29's database and our consultants may contact you from time to time with relevant job opportunities.<br />By applying you're confirming you're happy for us to do that!
