Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As a Customer Application Engineer, you will own the pipe system design and engage with customers on pre-contract requirements. You will provide technical support throughout all stages of project tendering process from early concept to full tender proposal.<br><br>As a Customer Application Engineer, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Being a technical focal point for tendering process for both internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Providing technical support throughout all stages of project tendering process from early concept to full tender proposal</li><li>Facilitating engineering output from other departments and sub-suppliers as required to develop quality output</li><li>Owning the technical solution and inputs to risk mitigation</li><li>Communicating aspects of the technical proposal to internal and external stakeholders, acting as company representative</li><li>Being commercially aware with an understanding of relevant markets and customer economic value</li><li>Working on the calculation of plant, system and equipment requirements</li><li>Participating in, and contributes to, improvement of process and tools, including product development and cost-out<br> </li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college or High School Diploma with proven experience in Engineering/Technology </li><li>Be able to contribute to close engineering team dynamic</li><li>Be able to own tasks and drives solutions with a bold approach</li><li>Have sound oral and written communication skills, interpersonal, leadership skills and be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously</li><li>Be able to influence others, manage output, lead small teams and effectively managing time, output and risk</li><li>Have effective problem identification and solution skills</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
