Sales Order Executive

Responsibilities Processing Intercompany Purchase Orders in ERP systems (Navision). • Respond to customers on the lead time, quotation and delivery schedules. • Acknowledge inter-co PO and advise Ex RSM date. • Review the configurations of machines orders • Chair the daily meeting (10 am) with supply chain and production team. • Follow up with inter-departments team members such as store personnel, planners, buyers and production for lead time, materials availability and machine readiness. • Process SO and ICT PO in other regions’ database (Navision) for deliverables coming from RSM- i.e. Singapore, Australia, & Hong Kong • Shamini → Process RSS SO, HKG SO, AUS SO and Rap India for products produced by RSM → Process ICT PO for RSS, HKG & AUS for products produced by RSM → Acknowledge ICTPO and generate RSM SO • Akmal → Process ICTPO for RSUK & RSUS for products produced by RSM → Acknowledge ICTPO and generate RSM SO • Apply AELB permit (in Malaysia government website for Malaysia export permit). • Follow up with the engineer to get the transfer price established for new model or top level assembly part. • Work with supply chain to get purchase cost for new components to determine the transfer price. • To assist Manager to review and update the consolidated revenue backlog report (5 regions – APAC, EMEA, US, AUS, HKG). • Meet with logistic department to update the ETD ETA report • Do the margin analysis for new order Reports Publish 5 x 5 reports Publish 50220 report (sales backlog) to logistic beginning of each month for orders to be shipped in the current month Update order tracking (Excel file) daily for finished goods and publish to sales entities once a week Review with Thiru and Gurdeep the order tracking report and update/publish next 3 months sales forecast report to finance beginning of every month Send the report (orders in current month shipments) to sales entities (Sales Ops and Finance) to seek for approval status to release shipments (all drop shipments) . Compile the monthly on time delivery (OTD) report Compile checkpoint sales backlog and revenue tracker
