Listerine, Aveeno & Neostrata Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager ( Professional Program Manager ) in Istanbul, Turkey. Role and Purpose: Develops, leads, and ensures execution of professional program plans to meet current & future needs and expectations for Skin Health (Neostrata, Aveeno) & Crucial Health (Listerine, JBaby) Responsibilities include support of the development professional (HCP) short-term tactical sales and brand management marketing plans and gives to longer-term tactical plans. Supports brand activation team with all professional program activities (resources, budget, implementation plans, business insights) Collaborates with Professional Program Field team for implementation of professional activities (F2F, congresses, KOL management, hospital presentations, etc) as per brand plan Responsible on field team trainings & unit/ clinic/ hospital presentations to HCPs Leads professional BME as planned activities Responsible on HCC processes related with professional contacts and activities Key Accountabilities: Professional Program Executions Carries out professional marketing plans (annually) in line with brand strategy and company priorities. Supervises the reach, frequency, coverage, and engagement metrics for selected brand and target audiences Provides appropriate promotional materials, detailing materials & medical content for effective communication of brand benefits, attributes, and benefit for health care professional Ensures completion of market analysis and supervises driven activity Compliance: Ensure systems are in place to ensure compliance with Regulatory Authority and corporate requirements and HCC requirements. Supports development & implementation of impactful collaterals through: HCP collaterals i.e. e-detailer, HCP leave behind, dropcards, etc HCP digital collaterals i.e. e-modules, banners, thoughtful ads, emailers, campaigns Experienced Speaker/Brand Ambassador programs Work with Regulatory & Medical Affairs for approval of HCP communication materials. Builds strong network with key opinion leaders, associations, and societies and supervises industry developments impacting business. Works with these KOLs for speaker programs, digital content, PR activities, and advisory boards. Support brand team with market research activities involving HCPs Training Coordinate the preparation of training materials for reps. Provide training to Sales Representatives Qualifications Education: Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or closely related specialty. Post-graduate education or equivalent experience in health care markets is desirable. MBA from a reputable school would be preferred Years of Industry Experience: 4-6 years mix of Dermo cosmetic, OTC experience Must have experience in medical detailing / professional communication Languages: Excellent Verbal and written English Other Job Specific Skills: Standard digital literacy such as Must be familiar with Excel, Power point, Word, etc. Project management tools is a plus Key Competencies or Skills Required: Experience in working with medical detailing / professional communication Experience in new communication development and working with agencies Consistent track record in developing strategy & put it into excellence in execution and performance Understanding of professional KPIs and metrics Digital experience An interest in innovation Well-structured, focused & setting clear priorities Proven self-starter with strong initiative, enthusiasm for business, and results orientation.
