You will be supporting field edge systems for data acquisition, data aggregation and data delivery to our global customers.<br />

As an Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Supporting field edge systems for data acquisition, data aggregation and data delivery to our global customers</li>
<li>Collaborating with enterprise architects on solutions for new customer requirements.</li>
<li>Acting as author or reviewer for documentation to support our Information Security and Quality Management System</li>
<li>Collaborating with enterprise architects on design, standards and security of edge hardware</li>
<li>Providing technical solutions for various real time transmission protocols; WITS, WITSML and OPCUA</li>
<li>Participating in User Acceptance Testing of new applications and services</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have a BSc in Engineering, IT or Science with experience in role of this nature.</li>
<li>Have experience in a data related operational field role or in a data/systems related IT role</li>
<li>Have hands on operations experience with multiple applications, OS and network level support</li>
<li>Have hands on experience with WITS0, WITSML, OPCUA, MODBUS or PRODML</li>
</ul>
