Channel Marketing Manager

The Role: Channel Marketing Manager What will you do? Support the marketing function in the country to ensure cohesion between the various sub-functions; Ensure cohesion and alignment between Sales team and Marketing team and contribute to the definition of the country commercial policy Ensure that resource allocation to the global commercial process is in line with the country plans and priorities; Responsible for marketing excellence challenges, that is, boost new products, price power, grow and defend markets, develop customer training. Conduct regular sales meeting, discuss and review implementation of strategies and provide marketing guidance to sales people towards goal achievement. market share deliver profitable growth and establish a strong and healthy channel eco-system. Contribute to the strategic planning and decision making at management team level to develop and implement a business strategy that aligns with the organizations overall vision. Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor’s data and implements marketing plan changes as needed. Execute and deploy partner programs, marketing – offer and channel initiatives to relevant channels and partners Who would be successful? Bachelor’s degree any business-related course; Minimum of 7 years experience in MNC, preferably similar to Schneider Electric line of Business and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Strong understanding of operational marketing, distributional and direct sales business models, product lifecycle management, business and market development. Familiar with electrical distribution, industry automation, power monitoring products and energy efficiency solutions, preferably Able to perform under a high pressure and very dynamic environment.
