Learn more about our culture and life at PepsiCo: https://stories.pepsicojobs.com/ This person will be accountable for the local base productivity agenda, assisting the team by building business cases (PSP, AOP) , aligning strategies, follow-ups and execution to deliver the BU’s PSP and AOP productivity targets (AOP 2020: 11 MM U$D & more than 100 projects) Consolidate Project and Program Management process and Portfolio Management process : Builds project leader capability and support the structuring of projects for success, including establishment of a clear governance model and tailoring best practices methodology to meet project specific needs Identifies innovation and provides thought leadership on process improvements for project management processes Encourages use and understanding of the standards, processes, tools, and methodology to deliver successful projects Trains and coaches project leaders in project management practices Helps Project leaders structure projects for success Project / Program Management Office Create transparency to the progress made on deliverables and achieving key milestones Proactively look for early detection of risks, and issues that can impede the delivery of the project Escalation of barriers and decisions needed on timely basis Drive clarity via stakeholder communication Financial validation of projects according to the Global Productivity Guideline Lead de Continuous Improvement Agenda for the BU To plan & implement the Continuous Improvement Training Agenda (Kaizen Leader/Green Belt) according to functions necessity (Foods & Beverages for 2017). Support this agenda with PSP. Monthly Follow up of Projects. Organize Tollgate Agenda. Monitoring risks & interdependencies between projects (80 Belt’s/80 Proyects/2,5 MM U$D Productivity) Align with Function Leaders (Directors) the Productivity Opportunities Detection Agenda. To plan & organize these workshops following the Regional processes & alignments. This agenda will support the AOP Productivity & PSP for the BU Lead the Productivity Fuel Forum for the BU (GM Sponsor). Monthly review of Productivity Results & Main Projects with part of the Local Executive Committee Follow up of the action plan accoding to the business needed Lead Strategic Crossfunctional Projects for OPS (Bumeran / Gold) with each Sponsor. Diseño e implementación de la estrategia del proyecto Soporte al Project Leader Monitorear la implementación de la metodología PMI in each project Qualifications/Requirements Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics Experience in project management with proven results Knowledge on PMO activities. Proven technical expertise and practical application on Cost and Spend analysis Personal relationships skills due to a large number of intern customers (C Level) within the countries/clusters. Post Graduation course (MBA) Ability to lead and influence people, autonomy and initiative, used to work with horizontal processes and multimodal organization. Strong in execution, bias for action; Negotiation skills and strategic thinking Fluent in English and Spanish – Basic Portuguese desirable.
