To continue our success, we are looking for an Electrician to join our Tingalpa team on Night Shift. The hours for this role are 22:30 - 06:30 starting Sunday night to Friday morning. Reporting to the Maintenance Frontline Manager, you will work as part of a team to achieve targeted levels of plant availability through planned preventative, corrective and where necessary reactive electrical maintenance. You Will Be: Performing trouble shooting, planned preventative electrical maintenance and corrective electrical maintenance on all plant and equipment across a highly automated site Carrying out fault finding/programming on PLCs, and VSDs, control systems. Instrumentation calibration and replacement Understanding and working knowledge of Pneumatics, hydraulics and Robotics. Performing minor installations and commissioning work as required. Performing work in a professional, timely and safe manner following all PepsiCo standards and procedures Updating and extracting data from the Computerised Maintenance Management System. SAP PM. Assisting to identify, document and implement improvements to maintenance work methods/ procedures and to plant and equipment to improve machine availability, quality and safety. Ability to read and understand electrical/mechanical/pneumatics drawings, Working with and assist outside contractors as required. Completing documentation and reporting as required including risk management, core compliance, scorecards and key governance. Qualifications/Requirements You Will Have: Trade recognised Electrical License (QLD) ideally with a certificate 4 in automation. Experience in trouble shooting and fault finding in an FMCG environment Experience in SCADA control systems ideally Wonderware. Control systems and in-depth automation/PLC skills a must with several years’ experience, ideally Allen Bradley and Siemens.
