Mentor develops, manufactures and markets innovative science-based products for plastic and reconstructive procedures that allow patients to regain a more youthful appearance and improve or restore personal well-being. We have an amazing opportunity to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager. You will implement the Global strategy within EMEA and develop a deep understanding of the market and develop strong multi-channel plans to strengthen our market leadership position. It will require close collaboration with the Global Strategic Marketing group. You will develop and lead marketing planning for EMEA and drive implementation through influencing, guiding and supporting the local teams. Qualifications What you’re great at: You will have 3 or more years of marketing or product management experience in Medical Devices or relevant healthcare markets. You will have outstanding communication skills which will help you to keep our partners and local teams engaged. You will be naturally inquisitive and look for ways in which to improve our market insights. You will be a developing leader able to inspire and lead. A strong project manager able to bring together multi-disciplinary teams to ensure projects roadblocks are overcome and projects are delivered on time. An innovator interested in discovering new ways to partner with our customers to bring value to healthcare providers and patients. Creative and with a strong interest in digital and leveraging a multichannel approach as a way to reach our both our clinical and consumer led customers. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be focused on: Developing Mentor aesthetic and reconstructive business strategy for Mentor EMEA to retain and grow market leadership position working closely with the Business Lead and Global & EMEA marketing teams Line Management of Mentor EMEA Digital and Marketing Analyst Developing Mentors journey into Value Marketing Working with the Global and EMEA MD to implement our digital strategy and integrate into a multi-channel strategy for Mentor EMEA Lead the Mentor Warranty programme for EMEA and development of further creative complementary solutions for patients Analysis of market data and insights to drive decision making and management of contract with Ernst & Young Lead the Marketing planning process for Mentor EMEA Manage agreed discretionary spend budgets, and regularly review key performance indicators and leading indicators to ensure delivery of marketing Objectives. Develop effective relationships with KOL’s and local leaders, marketers and key customers within priority markets to drive execution of EMEA Strategy. Be vital: To deliver in this role, you will be a degree qualified leader with miniumum 5 relevant marketing and commercial experience within the Medical Devices or healthcare sector. Together with: Leadership and communication skills. Marketing planning and development of strategy and key tactics. Ability to analyse and interpret data, highly numerate. Project Management. Ability to connect and align with leaders and marketers across the Geographies Excellent resource investigator an innovator, able to bring new thoughts and resources to the group. Digital/Social Media acumen.
