Our Process &amp; Pipeline Services business provide global support in the area of pipeline inspection and maintenance using the state of the art equipment to ensure customers experience a world class service from us.<br />

As Operation Coordinator for PPS you will be responsible or Post Sales support of customer issue. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service request and Develops a year plan for its own department.<br />
<br />
As a Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Supporting, developing and enhancing the smooth and efficient operation.</li>
<li>Managing and implementing of continuous operation improvements</li>
<li>Assisting Function team to find the best route of delivering items in time and with high quality to succeed with Operation</li>
<li>Technically coordinating and managing the daily issues for the assigned project, support to resolve problems</li>
<li>Planning of field resource deployment and execution to meet customer and business metrics</li>
<li>Interfacing with the customer service managers on issues escalation.</li>
<li>Developing long range forecast for region resource needs</li>
<li>Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning.</li>

<li>Have significant experience (from 5 to 10 yrs ) in Process and Pipeline operations</li>
<li>Have Bachelor&
39;s Degree, or High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution</li>
<li>Able to fluently speak and write in English and Azerbaijani</li>
</ul>
