Brand Manager - Baby Care

You will have the unique opportunity to drive growth for Johnson's Baby & Aveeno Baby brands, crafting the long-term brand strategies and execution across Australia and New Zealand. In addition, you will also build and harness the power of a cross-functional team to align behind objectives and win within the market to deliver sales, share and profit targets. What you’ll do • Own the development of the local 3-year growth plan and yearly brand planning process, with consideration of regional brand strategies. • Lead communications strategy & development for Baby Care – working with media, creative, shopper and PR agencies. • Partner with global teams to build a strategic brand innovation pipeline, developing exceptional go-to-market strategies • Utilise market knowledge and category dynamics to identify business opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise growth and business impact. • Develop and implement brand pricing strategy and product range optimisation; and • Work closely with the sales and category teams to deliver outstanding go-to-market strategies and in-store execution. You will be used to being autonomous in your work but will have support of the Marketing Manager when needed.
