Job Description Conduent is expanding its Talent Acquisition team! We have a brand-new opportunity to support our talented recruiters as a volume Sourcing Specialist. You will join a fast-paced, fun and truly Global Talent Acquisition team. Within the TA team you have the opportunity to cooperate with colleagues locally, regional and globally! The skills we are seeking; Demonstrable experience as a Talent Sourcer gained within an agency, in house or RPO with specialist knowledge and experience sourcing talent within the UK. Experienced sourcing candidates using social media, networking channels, job boards and more! Experience sourcing multilingual talent advantageous. In-depth understanding of sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn etc) Innovative thinker who can bring new ideas and approached to fulfil our hiring requests. Experience sourcing multilingual talent for delivery associates within an outsourcing environment for HR Services, Legal Services, Call Centre and all of our commercial clients! Driven to not only meet deadlines but to exceed expectations! CEFR C1 English language skills (another language at B2+ level would an advantage). Your role will include; Building and maintaining a constant pipeline of potential talent to meet immediate, upcoming and future hiring requests. Conducting phone screenings via phone and video call. Ensuring accurate records are made and next steps are confirmed and actioned. Participating in intake calls to understand the hiring need and align the sourcing strategy. Establishing a sourcing strategy to support the demand and collaborate with TA Marketing on candidate attraction activities. Providing best in class candidate experience at all times to promote Conduent as employer of choice. Utilising ATS in line with policies and procedures and providing analysis and reporting as required. Utilizing multiple platforms and programs to increase candidate pipeline, such as, referral programs, marketing initiatives, leading job boards and networking channels. Being a brand ambassador for Conduent in every interaction.
