Lead Manufacturing Specialist- Material Plan & Execution

Providing customers with the excellent solutions needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.<br><br><b> Play a key role in on-time delivery </b><br><br>As a Lead Manufacturing Specialist- Material Plan & Execution, you'll coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Develops an operational year plan for the own manufacturing activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.<br><br>As a Lead Manufacturing Specialist- Material Plan & Execution, you will be responsible for: <br><ul><li>To Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. </li><li>Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. </li><li>Optimize inventory and process improvements.</li><li>Responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.</li><li>Handles standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.</li><li>Leads a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $ 1.5 million.</li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will have: <br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).</li><li>Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Materials Planning and Execution.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to influence others and lead small teams.</li><li>Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.</li><li>Effective problem identification and solution skills.
