We are currently recruiting for a Query Analyst to join our established Inbound Call Finance team in Dudley. The Query Analyst will be responsible for Customer Service and complaints handling from the inbox as well as dealing with calls directly from cusotmers. This covers a wide range of queries and issues to ensure you are delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities will include the following; Handling inbound calls and emails and ensuring customers are receiving a high-quality service Adhering to SLAs for invoice disputes and queries Customer refunds and credit notes Control and monitor daily query levels PO Management General customer administration Looking into customer complaints Any ad hoc admin queries that arise Requirements To be considered for the Query Analyst position you will ideally have the following; Experience of receiving high volumes of inbound calls Experience working in a customer services environment Solid Excel skills Experience working with a credit management system would be advantageous Great communication skills both written and verbal Keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills Be able to maintain a high level of accuracy whilst working to strict timelines Show passion and have a “can do” attitude Benefits What we offer in return..
