In this role, you will execute standard processes and procedures for warehouse and yard activities. You will be responsible for receiving, storage, yard management, preservation, physical inventory verification, accuracy and the delivery of inventory to internal and external customers.<br><br><b>As a Warehouse & Yard Leader, you will be responsible for:</b><br><ul><li>Leading, coordinating, and overseeing warehouse & logistics operations <br></li><li>Managing warehouse to ensure customer requirements are met (including providing scope to contract labor workforce in warehouse <br></li><li>Presenting projects plans, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders and technical teams <br></li><li>Coordinating communication between the project managers, global supply chain and the logistics teams or vendors as needed <br></li><li>Oversees strategic planning of the logistics for each project to ensure successful delivery <br></li><li>Driving cost reduction wherever applicable while meeting customer and safety requirements <br></li><li>&bull; Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how <br></li><li>&bull; Participating in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions <br></li><li>Handing diverse clients within region. Following frameworks for processes and negotiating around client specific conditions <br></li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/ GED) or equivalent knowledge or experience <br></li><li>Show excellent experience of working within Warehouse & Logistics Operational environment <br></li><li>Demonstrate ability to build a consensus within a wide customer base, building conclusions on business challenges <br></li><li>Show project management skills and be able to lead, document, plan, market and execute programs <br></li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
