This exciting role offers opportunity to: Take a leading role to drive continuous improvements, Drive OPA and ELSS projects. Job Responsibilities -Facilitate development and deployment of Lean/Six Sigma strategies, resulting in implementation plans with SMART goals that are linked to business strategy and profit plans; -Coach and Develop subordinates, as well as leaders at all levels of the organization. Effectively integrating CIF (Continuous Improvement Framework), EBS Pull, ELSS assessment, OpA (Operations Assessment) and transferable practices, within the organization as part of how they do business; -Drive and lead continuous improvements, manage CI procedures effectively in the order fulfillment process within a plant with knowledge and skills necessary. Identify applicable Lean tools in the given business environment and deploying them in an appropriate manner through training and Kaizen events; -See Lean tools, KAIZENs / RIE's and CIF as part of a continuous improvement system. Assess deployment of applicable Lean tools and systems to identify and address gaps; -Optimize cost management for developing and implementing effective training plans and KAIZEN project for all levels of the organization that help develop and sustain a continuous improvement culture. Serve as a continuous improvement leader by coordinating and monitoring projects / implementation plans and driving accountability throughout the organization; -Integrate the requirements of all these EBS elements / tools with the processes for deploying ELSS, reviewing progress and sustaining the benefits. Assessment participation and follow up EBS Elements / Tools closely related to ELSS: EQS(Eaton Quality System), PROLaunch(Eaton New Product Development Process), EHS and MESH, Materials Management, Strategic and Annual Plans, EBS Pull, OpA, etc. -Collect the CI related EHS and track the progress. Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree or above -8 years minimum of experience in lean manufacturing, etc. 5 years’ experience managing people -CPM and Six Sigma Greenbelt would be an plus advantage； -Ability to work in a matrix environment, get results and drive change through others; -Good command of English in both Verbal & Written； -People manager with strong team leadership skills, good interpersonal skills and a team player； -Possess good business acumen and effective negotiation skills； -Ability to manage by facts and data combined with solid analytical skills and creative problem solving skills & problem solving experience.
