<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk">This role will involve working as part of the central Risk Management Transformation team supporting Risk Management functions across all Lines of Service. The role entails working on the design, implementation and management of new risk management and compliance systems. The amount of time you spend on each project will vary depending on their respective needs, but the expectation is that you will be working primarily on the Acceptance project and/or the Clientwise project throughout the 12/18 month period.The successful candidate should have a reasonable working knowledge of the main risk management and compliance systems and processes used by PwC, although coaching and development in these systems and processes will, of course, be provided as necessary. Candidates should have the interest and ability to quickly develop a deep technical understanding of the replacement systems. Our team is spread across multiple offices throughout the UK, although some key meetings are held in London and may need to be attended in person. Some occasional travel to Belfast may also be required. The successful candidate needs to have some experience of supporting either multiple engagement/client facing managers at the same time or working on multiple concurrently running projects. Reporting and presentation development skills will be valuable, as will basic project management skills.<p>There are a number of risk management systems and applications in the process of being replaced or due to be replaced in the near future.  The successful candidate will support the Acceptance project team across multiple workstreams and/or the Clientwise project team providing project support as follows:</p><p></p><p><b>Acceptance Project:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Understand the existing and newly developed functionality within the Acceptance system</p></li><li><p>Liaise with any integrated system project teams to understand the requirements for testing</p></li><li><p>Set up meetings with stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Support testers during the course of UAT and understand any issues being encountered as well as performing testing themselves</p></li><li><p>Escalate any issues identified during the UAT cycle to leadership and understand their criticality</p></li><li><p>Assist the creation of key project documents </p></li><li><p>Support the Process Model workstream with understanding the current risk management process flows as well as helping to build the optimal to-be model</p></li><li><p>Assist the Change &amp; Comms workstream driver with developing a list of FAQs or other content based on functionality within the Acceptance system</p></li><li><p>Work together and build relationships with the wider Acceptance team and relevant business contacts and stakeholders to help drive the interactions to the success of the programme</p></li><li><p>Promote and support the team through effective communication, organisation and participation in regular team meetings.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Clientwise Project:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Liaise with staff of all grades, including client-facing and Line of Service Risk Management, to gather requirements for Clientwise reporting or content changes (e.g. changes to the questions in the Clientwise assessment)</p></li><li><p>Review content change requests to ensure all of the requirements are captured and ready for coding into the content change application </p></li><li><p>Use the content change application to code the required changes ready for the Line of Service Clientwise representatives to test</p></li><li><p>Ensure the relevant process is followed for testing and signing off  content changes</p></li><li><p>Perform testing of changes in the Clientwise system, question content, training materials and the reporting system.  With growing experience, provide first draft of change requirement documents and test plans</p></li><li><p>Develop first draft of Clientwise reports, including liaising with relevant stakeholders to understand their needs, and update these following review by CW manager or senior manager</p></li><li><p>Maintain the agenda for meetings, log the meeting’s outcomes and chase action completion</p></li><li><p>Maintain the Clientwise super user access groups, such as requests to add/revoke access, as well as assist with the quarterly reviews of all super users alongside the Line of Service Clientwise representatives</p></li><li><p>Assist with the updates to the internal Clientwise web page on Spark, including status updates, adding/removing documents or information as requested, and ensuring contact details and links are up-to-date</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>The following skills are required for this role:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Essential skills:</b></p><ul><li><p>Previous experience with the firm’s internal risk management and compliance systems and processes</p></li><li><p>Have an aptitude for learning and a desire to continually develop and improve</p></li><li><p>Ability to communicate clearly and build good working relationships with colleagues at all levels</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and project management skills</p></li><li><p>Good organisation skills</p></li><li><p>Flexibility in your approach to meeting goals as part of the wider team, being open minded and agile to change</p></li></ul><p><br /> </p><p><b>Desirable skills:</b></p><ul><li><p>In-depth knowledge of risk management and compliance systems and processes</p></li><li><p>An interest in how IT systems are developed, tested and implemented within the firm</p></li></ul><p></p><p>This role is a 12-18 month secondment supporting the Acceptance project and/or the Clientwise project.</p><p>Overall this support role will allow individuals to develop their digital capabilities and stakeholder engagement across all grades</p><img src="https://www.applytracking.com/tp/rj6.gvnhN.J_K" rel="no-follow" />
