<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>A global chartered professional body renowned for championing excellence and setting standards in a growing industry are now recruiting a Head of Certified Training and Education to drive forward key elements of a new strategy for the organisation. <br /><br />About the role <br />This is a full- time permanent role and offers Hybrid flexible working. You can expect to be in the London office at least twice a month to enhance collaborative work. The salary is c. £60k. You'll join a small team in an organisation that are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement with a strong focus on staff development. <br /><br />As the Head of Certified Training and Education, you will take on a newly created role that will lead the organisation's training and education operations, ensuring products are delivered by a network of high quality training and education partners. You'll also ensure learner numbers and income grow, in line with strategic objectives. <br /><br />You will plan, execute, monitor and improve a range of new and existing education products including certified courses and assessments as well as coach and motivate a small team to achieve performance outcomes. <br /><br />About you <br />To be considered you will have experience of managing training and education operations with the ability to identify and maximise commercial opportunities. You will be an excellent stakeholder and partnerships manager, able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
