<p>To coordinate FoE’s response to a General Election including helping to convene a GE strategy group & working with campaigners, advocacy and activism on a strategy. Providing strategic campaigning advice at leadership level and to line reports</p>
<p>Line management of senior campaigners to ensure they are supported to deliver our new campaigns launching in Sept 2022 and March 2023. Also, establishing a campaigns team -campaigners currently work in project teams without a supportive space to share ideas/ training etc.</p>
<p>Working as part of the Leadership Team to input into strategic decision making & business planning. Within this team, review the campaigns package, our priority campaigns, if needed due to shifts in the external context</p>

<p>Significant campaigns experience with a range of success that they have played a major part in and sometimes led.</p>
<p>Strong line management experience – a leader of campaigners</p>
<p>A positive relationship builder and strategist. With the proven ability to move strategy into effective campaign activities.</p>
