As a Global Procurement Function, we live by, and execute to as a competitive advantage for SUEZ WTS by unlocking true potential of our talent, investing in digital enablement, and building holistic strategic partnerships that will sustainably serve our customers, communities, and environment.<br><br>The Order fulfillment buyer will coordinate the procurement of products and services from the vendors to our production plants across NAM , in accordance with the procurement strategy. Operationally maintains the sourcing strategy, lead-times and coordinates the supply of material to our production facilities and warehouses.<br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br>&bull; Interface with suppliers to ensure PO is received/acknowledged, schedule received, and ship date is met <br>&bull; Ensure planned ship date aligns with production needs and, if not, work with supplier to improve delivery<br>&bull; Analyze reports and make recommendation for new re-orders.<br>&bull; Follow-up with email correspondence in an organized and timely fashion<br>&bull; Answer vendor inquiries.<br>&bull; Manages Quarterly Price Adjustments and maintain Outline Agreements<br>&bull; Placing Po's<br>&bull; Expediting<br>&bull; Ensure Master Data is accurate<br>&bull; Invoice resolution<br>&bull; Logistic bookings and follow up where required<br>&bull; Support plants that are assigned<br><br>Education<br>&bull; Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in an applicable or related field to Business Administration/Sourcing/Procurement/Supply Chain<br><br><b>Hard Skills</b><br>&bull; 5+ years' experience in a related field<br>&bull; Process & Digital Solutions<br>&bull; Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word <br>&bull; SAP Knowledge<br>&bull; Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions to make recommendations.<br><br>Desired but not required: <br>&bull; Strong Chemical Background <br>&bull; International and domestic logistics <br>&bull; Familiarity with purchase orders<br><br><b>Soft Skills</b><br>&bull; Creative, organized and self-motivated for success.<br>&bull; Experience in working in different cultures and environments, in a matrixed organization<br>&bull; Problem solving and research skills<br>&bull; Time Management<br>&bull; Self-governed and motivated to perform tasks within established guidelines <br><br>Desired Characteristics<br>&bull; Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills<br>&bull; Highly organized with the ability to multitask and deal with rapidly changing priorities/ambiguity <br>&bull; Commitment, Integrity, Excellence<br>&bull; Collaboration and Shared Learning<br>&bull; Objective and Stakeholder Partnerships<br><br>Please enable JavaScript<br><br><b>Screen readers cannot read the following searchable map.</b><br><br>Follow this link to reach our Job Search page to search for available jobs in a more accessible format.
